Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy by the client

Payment for the tour is a fundamental part of the tour’s income and contributes to the overall cost of equipment, running costs, staffing, administration, etc. As the Company will have incurred the majority of its costs before the tour starts, we need to impose cancellation charges to cover these costs.

Deposit: 60eur per person, payable at the time of booking.                                                         

If you cancel your booking, we will impose cancellation charges as follows:

  • Over 60 days or more prior to departure – loss of deposit
  • 59-29 days before departure – 50% of tour cost*
  • 28-14 days before departure – 70% of tour cost*
  • 13-0 days before departure –  100% of tour cost*

Tailor-made tours may be subject to alternative cancellation terms, which will be communicated to applicable Clients at the time of booking.

All cancellations must be in writing and be made by the person who submitted the booking form. Please send an email to incoming@camelliatravel.com.mk Client must receive confirmation of cancellation. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us

Cancellation Policy by Camellia Tour Operator

 Some tours may require a minimum number (8) of travelers to operate. The affected traveler will be fully refunded or may choose a similar tour product as a substitute. Should this occur, it would be under very rare circumstances. Camellia Tour Operator reserves the right to cancel the trip if there is not minimum travelers to operate but not cancel the tour less than 30 days

What CANNOT be Refunded:

• Insurance, flight ticket, additional hotel accommodation or any other service which is not related with the Camellia Tour Operator
